MWZ Sports Performance ("MWZ") collects only the information you choose to submit through the application form on this website: your name, email address, phone number, sport or activity, experience level, primary goal, and any notes you add.

How the information is used

Your information is used solely to review your application, contact you about the best next step, and manage your training if you become a client. MWZ does not sell or rent your information, and does not share it with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to operate this website and send email replies.

Medical information

Please do not submit confidential medical records through this website. Any health context you choose to share is used only to determine an appropriate starting point for training.

Member portal

If you become a client, an account in the MWZ Performance Portal stores your training profile, assigned protocols, and session feedback. Access is restricted to you and your coach.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting MWZ. Applications that do not become clients are removed once they are no longer needed.
